I typically work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM (UK time), but I’m flexible to ensure consistent communication and overlap with your schedule when needed. I manage my own time effectively, always prioritising my clients’ needs and ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.

7. How do we communicate?

Most clients prefer email, Whats-app, Slack, or Zoom for communication. I’m flexible and can use whatever platform works best for you.

8. How do you handle urgent or last-minute tasks?

I understand that priorities shift — if something urgent arises, I’ll do my best to accommodate it promptly. For ongoing clients, we’ll establish clear workflows to handle urgent requests smoothly without disruption.

9. How do you charge for your services?

I offer flexible pricing based on your needs — from hourly support to monthly retainers for consistent, ongoing assistance. Retainers ensure dedicated time and priority access, giving you peace of mind that your projects are always covered.

10. How do payments work?

Payments are made via PayPal/Stripe/Bank Transfer/etc. and are typically due upfront for retainers or weekly for hourly work. Clear, simple, and transparent — no hidden fees.

11. Is there a minimum number of hours required?

No - however, most clients start with a small package (for example, 10 hours per month) to establish workflow consistency and gauge needs. This can easily scale as your requirements grow

12. How much are your services?

  • Basic tasks - £25 per hour

  • Specialised tasks - £35 per hour

  • 20 % off of your first 5 hours

  • Retainer offer - Book 10 hours, pay for 9

13. How do you keep my information secure?

Client confidentiality and data protection are top priorities. I provide a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for every client to ensure your information remains fully confidential. All passwords and sensitive data are managed through secure, encrypted tools such as LastPass, and my devices are protected with up-to-date antivirus and anti-malware software. I also use two-factor authentication and trusted cloud platforms for file sharing to maintain the highest level of security. Your data is handled responsibly, stored safely, and accessed only when necessary to complete your tasks efficiently and securely.

14. Do you have access to my sensitive information?

Only when necessary — and always through secure, client-approved channels. You control the access level and can revoke permissions anytime.

You can delegate almost anything that takes time off your plate — including calendar management, event and travel planning, personal errands, business administration, research, content creation, and social media support. You can delegate tasks in whichever way is most convenient for you — whether by email, message, phone, or through a task management platform like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp. For clarity and accuracy, I securely record phone conversations when tasks are delegated verbally, ensuring nothing is missed and every detail is captured for smooth follow-through.

17. How will I know what’s been done?

You’ll receive regular status updates or progress reports (daily or weekly, depending on your preference) that clearly outline completed tasks, ongoing projects, and next steps. These reports also outline time spent on each task via a time tracking app.
